Ellen Yang Ellen has over 15 years of finance and business experience with Fortune 500 (e.g. PepsiCo, JPMorgan Chase and Bank of America), mid-size and start-up companies.  Her expertise includes financial planning and analysis, strategy consulting, investment banking, as well as cash/liquidity management.    Ellen has extensive experience in financial analysis and modeling, developing business plans and deal structuring.  She has played important roles in various financing, mergers and acquisitions transactions, and capital expenditure projects.   Ellen grew up in P.R. China and is a native speaker of Mandarin. She holds a MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BA in economics from Swarthmore College in Pennsylvania.
