Lee Lambert has over 25 years of experience in management consulting, mergers & acquisitions, venture capital, corporate and business development and startup companies. He has served on the Board of Directors for several private and one publicly traded company. He has served as principal or advisor for transactions ranging from a $2 million company sale to over $500 million.

 

Mr. Lambert currently consults to both technology and non-technology companies in the areas of strategy, business planning, business development, raising capital and mergers and acquisitions.   His prior experience includes President/CEO for Hollywood Partners, Managing Director of the Cambridge/Samsung Partners, a venture capital fund, Director of Corporate Development of Samsung Electronics, Vice President of Investment Banking with Van Kasper and Company, and Senior Manager in the Management Consulting divisions of Deloitte & Touche and Ernst & Whinney. 

 

Mr. Lambert holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS from the University of California, Berkeley. He has been a Lecturer in Finance at Golden Gate University and has served as a member of many panels on raising capital and business planning.
