This class is designed to assist business owners in better understanding the challenges faced in Human Resource Management.

The session will cover topics including:


How to develop accountability in employees without the need to micro-manage

Work force selection including outsourcing, full and part time employees and the role of independent contractors

How to retain employees when compensation isn’t the only means at the company’s disposal


In addition, the class will look at the local and social issues which are part of the fabric of managing a diverse labor force. These topics will include creating upward mobility for people within your company, promoting a hostility free working environment and managing a socially diverse labor force.

The goal for the program is to provide every attendee with new ways of thinking and human resources management and new tools with which to better incentivize and manage their people while profitably growing the businesses.
