This class will provide an overview of business law concepts for the small business owner, addressing the general business legal issues that most entrepreneurs face when starting or growing a small business. The class will cover topics such as why to incorporate, which legal form to choose and why, how to protect the company's Intellectual Property and how to utilize holding company structures to isolate risk and increase net cash flow. In addition, the program will include a panel discussion with several business lawyers as well as a question and answer session with the attendees.
