- How to prepare winning proposals for bids
- How to secure financing to fulfill a winning contract
In this workshop, you will:

- How to solve an agency’s unique problems
- Understand what is unique about your product or service
- How to write a Capability Statement to set you apart from the competition
- How to prepare your business for contracting
