East Bay SBDC presents eCommerce Workshop Series to help small businesses to sell your products or services online successfully.

In this series, you will be provided essential skills for small business to succeed in selling online. You will learn:

  • How to setup storefronts through Amazon and Shopify
  • Understand and evaluate various functionalities and features for supporting e-Commerce operations
  • Utilize the analytics functionalities for improving eCommerce operations and decision making
  • Get your eStore built (10 qualified Antioch Businesses)

Classes will be held via Zoom on 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on June 27, July 2, 9, 11, 2024, by Cal State East Bay Management Professor Dr. Surendra Sarnikar.
