Shawn Flynn is the Managing Director of Silicon Valley Highpoint Capital (SVH Capital), where he and his team uses AI to augment every step of the transaction process. He began his career in Beijing, China, founding, scaling, and successfully exiting a company before returning to the U.S. to work with fast‑growing Silicon Valley startups to established overseas public companies. He specializes in mergers & acquisitions, raising growth capital, and secondaries.

A UC San Diego alum with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, speaks Mandarin and Spanish after nearly eight years living abroad. He is also the host of the award‑winning “The Silicon Valley Podcast,” where he shares weekly insights from Silicon Valley thought leaders The Silicon Valley Podcast.
