A self-described Serial Entrepreneur, Vishal Verma is a Partner at Edgewood Venture, LLC Edgewood is an investment fund focusing on investing in the top tier Startups and Venture Capital firms. He is on the Board or an Advisor to Darwin Ventures, Fortinet, Inc. Edgewood Networks, OptHealth, Opun, Witt Security, and the Westly Group. Using his BS in Marketing and his MBA in Finance, he is committed to creating, investing, and advising StartUps and early entry Small to Medium sized businesses to be successful. He has spent the last 25 years creating new businesses in a wide range of industry sectors, including but not limited to: cyber security, software development, e-commerce, finance, block chain, crypto currency, real estate, health and fitness, etc. and is currently most passionate about the work he and his team are doing to provide advisory services to Small Businesses. As a former CEO of several successful tech companies in Silicon Valley, Vishal has developed a unique perspective when it comes to understanding what Small Businesses need besides investments to become profitable and become a Publicly traded company on the stock exchanges. Vishal is an active member on the Board of Trustees/Advisory of the University of California at Merced, RFK Foundation, SVLG Foundation, Best Buddies and One Economy.
