East Bay SBDC and the Alameda County Community Development Agency offer a free 10-part series on “Food Business Entrepreneurship” for participants interested to launch and grow food businesses in Alameda County.
In this series, you will learn the basics to start and grow your own food business, catering, and so much more. This series will help turn your idea into reality.
Fundamental FETA II Series Workshop Schedule:
Classes will be held via Zoom on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM (PST) from February 06, 2024 to March 07, 2024.

- 02/20/2024 – Marketing Food Business
- 02/22/2024 – Alameda County License, Permits & Food Business Regulations
- 02/27/2024 – Funding for Food Entrepreneurs
- 02/29/2024 – Menu & Recipe Costs
- 03/05/2024 – Catering & Events Food Business
- 03/07/2024 – Business Presentation, Networking, Certificates.
NOTE: Participants need to attend all 10 sessions. Participants need to register only for the 1st session.
The Fundamental FETA II program is for businesses located in Alameda County only or plan to do business in Alameda County.
