Cathy Rodriguez – Classic Casita Café

Cathy worked as a staff in the correction facilities for many years. Now she is ready to turn her dream into a reality by opening a classic Casita Café to serve coffees from international origins and unique blends and flavors.

Aspiration: Classic Casita Café (CCC) Coffee Shop will be a locally established coffee shop located in Hayward, which borders the 4 corners of Hayward, San Lorenzo, Castro Valley and San Leandro. Its mission is “to create unique coffee flavors in a relaxing atmosphere to serve its community, creating a welcoming space for coffee enthusiasts to escape the bustle of the day.” CCC will also serve bakery items, sweets, Puerto Rican, Mexican, Hawaiian, and sandwiches, all made from scratch and made fresh locally in the CCC’s bakery.
